1960s
Carolyn Trosky-Absher ’67 had an enriching career as a teacher, with a diverse range of teaching experiences both in the United States and abroad. Her teaching journey took her to several locations in the US, including Plymouth and Hudson, NH, as well as Incline Village, NV, and Kerrydale Elementary in Virginia. Beyond domestic teaching, Carolyn ventured internationally, teaching in significant cities like Warsaw, Frankfurt, Mexico City, Beijing, and Moscow. After a fruitful career, she has now retired and resides in Portsmouth, NH.
Raymond Grady ’69 majored in education during his time at PSU. After graduating, Grady became a history teacher at North Andover public schools. Recently he has been inducted into their Education Hall of Fame. He was humbled, honored, and surprised by the induction. He counts this as one of the nicest things that has happened to him professionally. Grady says, “It was great to be presented the award by one of my former students.” Although it has been 15 years since his retirement, his teaching of Advanced History showed his students how history, unlearned, could be a detriment to society.
1970s
Don Clark ’75, a retired commander of the Portsmouth Police Department, had a distinguished career in law enforcement and public safety. A graduate of the FBI National Academy’s Class 158, Clark has transitioned from his role in the police department to serving as the director of safety and security at the University of New England. His experience underscores a commitment to maintaining safety and security in both law enforcement and academic settings.
Ellen (Larsen) Wallwork ’75 loved skiing at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain during her time at Plymouth State. She also enjoyed tubing down the Pemi River in late spring. Now she stays active by participating in various organizations and taking cruises with her husband.
1980s

Gary Rabinovitz ’84 received the lifetime achievement award from the Additive Manufacturing User Group (AMUG), the second in the organization’s 36-year history. For more information, see the full article HERE.

Elizabeth (Currier) Morin ’88 has served dual roles as the owner/director/teacher of Imaginations…A Child’s Place in Moultonborough since 2007. She married in 1994 and has two children, aged 20 and 22.
1990s


Kerri (Mather) Cotter ’91 has just appeared on a new Showtime comedy special called Funny Women of a Certain Age, streaming now. She’s been on Oprah, Dr. Oz, and The Howard Stern Show. Kerri Louise was a finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and starred in her own reality TV show, Two Funny, on The WE Network. She has been featured on Comedy Central, VH1, and TrueTV countless times. She’s been on numerous TV talk shows, podcasts, and is a regular on Sirius XM radio. You’ve seen her high heels on stages like The Apprentice, America’s Got Talent, Comics Unleashed, Gotham Live, and she was the warm-up for The View. Kerri Louise can be seen at top comedy clubs and festivals nationwide.
Her comedy career started in college back in 1990 when her Delta Zeta sorority sisters begged her to enter the Miss Plymouth State College pageant. She did standup comedy for the first time as her talent and won the whole thing! Kerri went on to represent PSC in the New Hampshire State Pageant. She graduated from Plymouth State College in 1991 and has never stopped doing comedy.
She now lives in New York with her comedian husband, Tom Cotter, and their three sons. Being in a household full of testosterone, Kerri needed an escape, which is why she started her webisode, My Mommy Minute. That audience inspired Kerri to write Mean Mommy, a funny “how-to” mom book, and a children’s book entitled Harry The Elephant Has An Allergy, both on sale now on Amazon. This two-time author, hilarious comic, and mother of three (four if you count her husband) can be found performing all over the country. Susan Goraczkowski ’97 is happy to announce that she was officially promoted on April 6, 2024, and found out right before her sixth anniversary with the company! When she’s not at work, Susan enjoys spending time with her family; being invited by teammates to fun activities (renaissance fair, corn mazes, escape rooms, and game nights); traveling up north to her favorite places in North Conway and Meredith and walking with her work friends. Susan is well-known at work for her variety of music shirts (Wednesdays) and anime shirts (Fridays).

Brian Duchesne ’99 completed 20 years in the Army on June 17, 2024.

Chantelle (Renna) Moynihan’99, ’03G just published her first children’s book, entitled Max & Jules: How to Be Brave.

2000s


2010s

Kyle Worth ’11, ’14G has founded and sold two healthcare companies in New Hampshire. He was named one of the state’s ‘40 Most Influential Young Professionals’ by both the Union Leader and the Nashua Telegraph. He has since transitioned his career to real estate, where he specializes in large scale renovations of apartment buildings in southern New Hampshire. Kyle, his wife Erin Worth (PSU class of ’09) and their two wonderful children are currently renovating a waterfront vacation rental community on Little Squam Lake. Kory Reynolds ’12 was recently promoted to tax principal at Baker Newman Noyes. He specializes in delivering tax planning and compliance services to clients in the construction, real estate, and professional services industries.
Allison Standish ’14 is a certified athletic trainer at West Haven High School in West Haven, CT. During her four years at PSU she met wonderful people, including friends she still keeps in touch with and mentors who taught her everything she knows. Plymouth will always hold a special place in her heart.

Anwar Cameron ’15G obtained an MBA with a certification in healthcare administration. After graduation he obtained his medical doctorate from American University of Antigua College of Medicine. Anwar went on to complete his family medicine residency in ’19 through Southern Illinois University. Currently he resides in Southern, IL, with his loving fiancé and his children, serving the veteran population as a hospitalist physician.
Steven Curry ’15 majored in mathematics with a middle school teaching certification and was the student assistant for the Panther baseball team, a part of the sports information department, and was an avid member of intramural sports on campus. After completing his student teaching at Windham Middle School (NH), Steven accepted a full-time position there as a middle school math teacher where he has been teaching and coaching volleyball, basketball, and baseball for the last nine years. Steven resides in southern New Hampshire with his wife Emily and one-year-old daughter Hannah.

Christin (Crowell) Farrell ’16 majored in childhood studies. She was a part of PACE, as the banner coordinator, and participated in the Catholic Ministry Youth Group. After graduation, she worked at a charter school for grades 1–5, then went into childcare as an infant and toddler teacher. The last two school years she has been teaching multi-age classrooms as a Kindergarten/first and first/second grade teacher! Christin also worked as a summer camp program director for the past six years. She has been happily married for five years and had a baby this past April!
Katarina (Walker) Keeler ’16 is a current grad student at the University of Montana, studying for a master’s in social work. She works at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon and has been married for five years with two huskies for children.

Courtney Leahy ’16 majored in athletic training and was president of the women’s rugby football club. After graduating, she worked full time as an athletic trainer while also pursuing a master’s in health, PE, and recreation. She now is a senior athletic trainer for Mass General Brigham and provides medical coverage for Boston Public Schools. Courtney is part of a team of athletic trainers who are creating the foundations of sport medicine in BPS.

Bethany Morin ’16 Since graduating with her MBA, Morin has continued her career in higher education, specifically in advancement. She is currently the director of alumni engagement and annual giving at Franklin Pierce University. In her spare time, Morin is involved in the community, including being on the board of directors for the Keene Swampbats, a summer collegiate baseball team in the NECBL.
Elizabeth Whatley ’16 majored in biology and competed on the PSU ski team. She met Max Martin ’16, a fellow ski team member, in 2013. They have been together since freshman year and recently got married in September 2023. Eliza and Max live in the Jackson Hole area where Max owns his business and Eliza works as an optometrist. Dr. Whatley graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2021 and practices in multiple states.

His studies in communications and French enabled him to study abroad in Montréal and pursue a two-year master’s degree in France. Brendan currently works in Saint-Malo, France, as the content manager for TIMAC AGRO International, a pioneering company in plant and animal nutrition since 1959. Plymouth State University facilitated these opportunities and helped him find a career that aligns with his interests and studies.
Regarding community involvement, Brendan was a member of the Skatepark of Plymouth nonprofit group during his student years. Although he played a minor role, being part of the team allowed him to understand how nonprofits operate and achieve their goals. This experience inspired him to launch a project to rebuild his hometown’s skatepark in Meredith, New Hampshire. The four-year project, featured on NHPR, culminated in the inauguration of a new concrete skatepark and fostered a strong sense of community in the small lakeside town.
Brendan reflects on his years at PSU with nostalgia and gratitude. He remembers his professors as caring and passionate, and his classmates as engaged with their work and futures. Amidst memories of falling golden leaves and hikes in the mighty White Mountains, Brendan found PSU to be a university that can open students to the breadth of the world, all from a small, bustling, community-driven New Hampshire town.



Michaella Testa ’17 graduated with a bachelors in tourism management and policy. Now she is continuing her education and pursuing a career in the beauty industry, currently in school for aesthetics. She will continue to use all her schooling and carrying the hospitality spirit with her in her endeavors.

Dr. Dave also completed a fellowship at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, earning certification in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and developing a renewed vision for mental health treatment. He is dedicated to philanthropy, especially supporting combat veterans through fundraising and advocacy for mental health initiatives. Dr. Dave’s journey exemplifies dedication, exploration, and a commitment to mental health and community service.

Joseph Gilchrest ’18, ’22DPT completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at PSU. Since graduating, he has worked at Marathon Physical Therapy where he treats general outpatient orthopedic conditions.

Christopher Cox ’19 majored in biology. After graduating he worked in Boston area immunology biotechs for two years, followed by enrolling at Columbia Law School. Chris is now in his final year at CLS and has accepted a position after graduating as a criminal defense public defender in Nassau County, NY.

Natalie Lydon ’19 majored in health and human performance and played a pivotal role in developing one of the first student-led one-credit electives, Germ Busters, which focused on educating students about common diseases within college settings, from everyday germs to sexually-transmitted diseases. After graduating, she pursued a career as a human resources professional and is currently engaged to Plymouth State’s former basketball star Michael Osgood ’19. The two have their wedding date planned for August of this year and are looking forward to their future together! Plymouth State holds a special place for Natalie and her family. Her future in-laws met at Plymouth State College, as did Natalie and her fiancé, and her fiancé’s brother and his girlfriend. Interestingly, they all met their significant others during their sophomore year. Some things are just meant to be!

Matthew Perrino ’19 majored in criminal justice and minored in pre-law. Matthew was involved in the Criminal Justice Organization, served on the Student Senate for one year as an at-large representative, and was involved in several intramural sports. After graduating Plymouth State University, Matthew attended New England Law | Boston for three years and earned his juris doctor. During law school, Matthew’s knowledge and experience from his criminal justice studies lead him to two internships with two excellent criminal defense attorneys. Matthew graduated from law school in May of 2022 and passed the bar exam in July of 2022. Matthew is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and currently works at the Boyle Shaughnessy law firm in the Boston office where he practices civil litigation. He currently lives in Brighton, MA, with his fiancé and two cats.

2020s


Brianna Mercer ’20 majored in youth development and music, choosing Plymouth State for its small-town campus feel and small class sizes, which eased her transition from high school to college. She appreciated the early field experience as a freshman, which prepared her for her current work. Before COVID-19, she actively taught after school in Manchester schools through the Manchester Community Music School. Currently, she is interning with an outreach program through the Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra. Mercer credits Plymouth State with giving her experience working with various age groups, which led to her current job. She loves being a positive influence on the kids she works with.








Lilli Keegan ’22 majored in criminal justice and was part of the Criminal Justice Honor Society and the National Society for Leadership and Success. After graduating, she started as a legal secretary at the Belknap County Attorney’s Office and is now a victim/witness advocate.
Ryan Kudish ’22, ’23G has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in meteorology and was a part of Men’s Swimming, Catholic Campus Ministry, and PSU’s American Meteorological Society chapter. He started his career as a TV meteorologist in Green Bay, WI, in June of 2023, and is on air at least two days a week. Ryan also produces and puts together content related to sustainability efforts as part of a new segment called “Sustainably Speaking”. He broadcasted live during the biggest snowstorm of the season, where Green Bay saw over a foot of snow and blizzard conditions.
Jacob O’Donnell ’22 majored in marketing and was a part of the Plymouth State University sales program. After graduating he went into operations and general management in the hospitality industry. Two years later, Jacob went on to start his own real estate investment and acquisitions company. He is passionate about sales, marketing, self-branding, and entrepreneurship.






Amanda Murray ’23 graduated from PSU with a master’s degree in education, school counseling. She was a member of the Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society and a graduate intern at the Office of Student Life. Currently, she is the director of guidance/head school counselor at the Saint Thomas More School in Oakdale, CT. She is also the assistant women’s varsity soccer coach, Honor Society advisor, and the advisor of the Class of 2027.
Kyle Shearer ’23 majored in finance while at PSU, was the co-president of the University Finance & Investment Club, a PSU ambassador for the Investing in Education Program, and a shift supervisor at the USNH Technology Help Desk, all while serving in the US Marine Corps Reserve. After graduating, he moved to Connecticut to start a career in wealth management. Currently, Kyle is working on a team with the 2023 PSU School of Business Hall of Fame Recipient, Frank “Buzz” Moore ’86, at UBS Financial Services Inc.

Evika Toth ’23 majored in English and minored in health. She is now advancing her education and working on obtaining her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from PSU. She will start her internship soon and hopes to graduate in May 2025.
Marissa Vigevani ’23 majored in meteorology with a minor in professional communications. She aspired from a young age to be a TV meteorologist, and eventually started her first professional TV meteorologist position just a month after graduating college in June 2023. She moved her way up to Burlington, VT, joining the talented team weather team at NBC5/WPTZ. Vigevani had to adjust her sleep schedule, being on the morning news cast at 4:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. It has not always been easy, but doing what she loves makes the nocturnal sleep schedule that much easier.
